For Patients

Office Policy

The time we have reserved for your appointment is essential to enable us to attend to your specific needs.  Our automated system will remind you of your impending appointment three days prior.  It is critical for you to acknowledge that you have received this reminder by confirming the text/email online, or by calling and leaving us a message.  Otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.

It is very important to arrive on time.  If you arrive late to your appointment, you may not receive sufficient time for your procedure to be thoroughly completed. If you arrive early, please wait outside or in your car, as we  still honor social distancing.

We will estimate your out of pocket expense for each visit and will submit a dental claim on your behalf for services rendered.  A credit card is required to be on file to pay any remaining balances.

  • Please be advised that there will be a $50 charge for any hygiene appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours prior notice. We will charge the credit card on file and mail you a statement.
  • If you arrive early, we will ask that you wait in your car until we are ready for you.

In order to expedite the process, please feel free to download and complete the New Patient forms.

COVID-19 Announcement

As the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our lives, we have been faced with questions about how to handle safely routine appointments. While the Stay at Home mandate was initiated, as many of you know, Dr. Wong closed his office. During the time in which the office was closed, Dr. Wong kept up with the most current information that was available at that time. With the available information and conversing with other Dentists, Dr. Wong felt very comfortable opening with new procedures and policies in place to protect his staff and his patients. Your health and safety are a priority of ours; we take this very seriously.

Dr. Wong has received his second COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine on January 13th.  Our entire staff is now vaccinated.  Our office is mask mandated; no one should enter our building without wearing a mask and all of our staff are required to wear a mask at all times. You will keep the mask on at all times except when instructed by staff during procedures. This will ensure minimal exposure to aerosols that are released into the air during dental procedures. Dr. Wong has also purchased air purifiers and extra-oral suctions for each operatory; they filter the air and vacuum any aerosols you release during your appointment. Staff regularly disinfect all surfaces like door handles and counter tops to eliminate cross contamination.

We have begun scheduling patients again; it is imperative that you let us know whether you are experiencing any symptoms such as coughing, fever, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 before you schedule your appointment. When it is time for your appointment, it is very important to arrive ALONE and at your appointed time. We cannot accommodate more than one patient in the lobby. Dr. Wong has organized his schedule so that everyone remains 6 feet apart and to avoid having too many patients in a hallway or lobby.

We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff; please have patience and understanding during these times. We understand change can be difficult but the quality of service and care we provide has not changed.
