The time we have reserved for your appointment is critical to enable us to attend to your specific needs. We need to hear from you to confirm your appointment, it is very important to arrive ON TIME. We understand LA traffic is unpredictable but if you arrive early, please wait outside or in your car. Due to the current pandemic, health officials recommend 1 person waiting in our small lobby so if you arrive early, please call the office to check the lobby availability. We will contact you via our automated system for reminders two days prior to your appointment to reconfirm. In the event that we are unable to reach you directly and must leave a message to remind you, it is imperative that you call back and speak with one of our staff members directly, or leave a message on our voicemail after hours, confirming your appointment time. If you do not respond by 8:00 am on the day prior to your appointment, we will cancel your scheduled time, and it will be given to another patient who is in need of care.
- Please be advised that there will be a $50 charge for any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours prior notice.
- We will charge the Credit Card on file and mail you a statement.
- If you arrive early, we will ask that you wait in your car until we are ready for you.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
COVID-19 Announcement
As the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our lives, we have been faced with questions about how to handle safely routine appointments. While the Stay at Home mandate was initiated, as many of you know, Dr Wong closed his office. During the time in which the office was closed, Dr Wong kept up with the most current information that was available at that time. With the available information and conversing with other Dentists, Dr Wong felt very comfortable opening with new procedures and policies in place to protect his staff and his patients. Your health and safety are a priority of ours; we take this very seriously.
Dr. Wong has received his second COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine on January 13th. Our entire staff is now vaccinated. Our office is mask mandated; no one should enter our building without wearing a mask and all of our staff are required to wear a mask at all times. You will keep the mask on at all times except when instructed by staff during procedures. This will ensure minimal exposure to aerosols that are released into the air during dental procedures. Dr. Wong has also purchased air purifiers and extra-oral suctions for each operatory; they filter the air and vacuum any aerosols you release during your appointment. Staff regularly disinfect all surfaces like door handles and counter tops to eliminate cross contamination. As an office, we have all agreed to get tested every week and practice social distancing while not in the office.
We have begun scheduling patients again; it is imperative that you let us know whether you are experiencing any symptoms such as coughing, fever, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 before you schedule your appointment. When it is time for your appointment, it is very important to arrive ALONE and at your appointed time. We cannot accommodate more than one patient in the lobby. Dr Wong has organized his schedule so that everyone remains 6 feet apart and to avoid having too many patients in a hallway or lobby.
We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff; please have patience and understanding during these times. We understand change can be difficult but the quality of service and care we provide has not changed.
